Google rolled out its new AI Plus plan in India today. This move makes top AI tools cheaper for users. It gives more access to Gemini 3 Pro, the company’s smart AI model.
The plan costs Rs 399 a month. But new users get it for Rs 199 for the first six months. This intro price aims to bring AI to more people in India.

Key perks include:
- Full use of Gemini 3 Pro in the Gemini app.
- Tools like Nano Banana Pro for better images and Flow for video clips.
- 200 AI credits each month for Whisk and Flow apps.
- Gemini built into Gmail, Docs, and Drive for easy tasks like email drafts or note summaries.
- 200GB storage across Photos, Drive, and Gmail.
- Share with up to five family members.
- Extra features in NotebookLM for research and audio overviews.
Google says this plan boosts daily work and fun. It helps with creative tasks, like making short videos or analyzing notes.
At the launch, Google also shared safety steps. They added Scam Detection on Pixel phones. It spots scams in calls on-device, with no data shared. Plus, text watermarking and learning programs for safe AI use.
This fits Google’s push for AI in India. They focus on kids, teens, and elders for better protection.
Users can sign up now via the Gemini app or Google One. Early signs show strong interest from students and pros.
Google’s AI lead said, “We want powerful tools at a fair price. This opens AI for more Indians.”
The plan joins Google’s AI lineup. Free users get basic Gemini. Premium ones pay more for full access. AI Plus sits in the middle for value.
